AI Appraisal
Description This tall, two handled vase/ ewer is beautifully decorated with lovely, detailed romantic figures depicted in scenes of beautifully coiffed couples of a long bygone era engaged in courtship with musical instruments. The colors are rich and beautiful. The figures are also depicted around the base. The entire vessel is gilded with gilded handles. This very old piece is in fair condition, but does have a hairline crack around the center portion of one side of the vase as shown in the picture. This has not been repaired. Additionally, there is a repair to one of the handles which does appear to have been professionally done.
