Description
This chest was purchased from an Estate in Palm Beach, Florida. It is solid wood and approximately 4'L x 21" W x 17"H. The metal/brass latches vary in design as indicated by the pictures and the piece is clearly handmade with a few irregular notches, carvings, and a few square, wooden dowels or nails. The inside is more 'raw' wood than the outside, which has a much more polished finished. I am unable to locate any special markings or origin.
