Antique Children's Pew / Chair?

I have the below pictured Pew / Chair that I know is at least 50 years old, but not sure how much older it may be.  It folds up and has decrative leather / leather like? seats.  I am looking to sell this but need direction on the value of the piece.  Any help or guidance would be appreciated.
