Description

I have an entire set of this tea cup and saucer china - SET OF 6 TOTAL. Not sure what the markings mean. These are hand painted with gold leaf. Obviously the leaf symbol is the gold leaf and I assume made in France, but not sure about the blue crossed arrows? The set goes way back in my family. Any info greatly appreciated.
