This cabinet caught my eye about 12 years ago at an antique shop. The shop owner wasn't in and the person I dealt with could provide little information other than to say everything on it was original...hardware, finish, etc.. She was unsure if the glass had been replaced however. Since it suited my needs and my eye, and the price was right, I made the purchase. It's a beautiful mahogany, has decorative wood design beneath the glass of the upper cabinet doors and has two plate grooved wood shelves. The bottom cabinet houses a fixed, center wood shelf running the length of its interior. The dovetailed drawer between the upper and lower cabinet is beautifully made.
