Description

This piece has been in my Grandmothers family for a long time. All my Grandma knows about it is that it was a gift to her Grandmother and it came over with her on a ship from England in the late 1800's.

There are no stamps or markings that I can see only the numbers pictured.

If I could find out where it was made, when it was made and an approx value she would be thrilled.

Thanks for your time and help.
