Description
Very old, very thin, white and yellow with raised gold flowers. The bottom markings are what I am assuming to be three anchors and 3 clams with hand painted in Japan in a circle around them.

History
Was passed down from grandmother to mother now daughter. My mother received it as a gift in the 1960's or before. I am not sure where it was purchased but possibly overseas as both Grandfather and Father were both military.
