I'll preface this by saying I'm not an expert so please use this information only as guidance.
It looks like a vintage Trick Dog Cast-Iron Mechanical Bank made made by either Hubley or Shephard Hardware . That should help you search for comparable listings. It's supposed to have a little locked door with a key on the bottom. They still make replicas of these today so be sure you're looking for actual vintage items. It looks like many models have that patent date so it will take someone with more experience to determine when exactly it was made.
I've seen these go for anywhere between $200 - $2000 depending on the quality. The paint on yours in not in great shape and you're missing the door and key i assume.
