I'd have to see a shot of the underside of the chair and settee, They are in the Empire style, the originals were made in the 1820-39's, but these are most likely Revival pieces made post 1900. If you could upload some images from the underside I'll give them another look.

Thanks for the response. I uploaded a couple more pics. The only markings I see, other than the construction, is the stencil #5500.

These are what's called "Empire Revival", they were designed to resemble American Emprie pieces originally made 1815-1840. Pieces like this very made in the early years of the 20th century, currently the style is not in favor and has been hard to sell since the 1990's. At auction comparable sets often go for under $300.00
