Hello and thank you for looking at my candle holder that I purchased in CT approximately 20 years ago. The button on the bottom adjusts the arms on the top of the holder. No hallmark. Very decorative. I don't know what type of metal it is. I would appreciate any information and an approximate appraisal price for this.
