Just looking for an idea on what year, make and such this cabinet is. Thank you for your time!

Your cabinet is in the Federal Revival style, it dates from the mid 1920's through about 1935. As for make, without a label it's impossible to say, most manufacturers produced virtually identical pieces in this style.
