Description

Person I bought this from said it was from the east coast. I mainly want to know what kind of wood this is. Also, it does have damage on the top part. Is that something I should look into repairing? I know sometimes it should be left alone. I can take more pictures if necessary. Thanks

Medium Not sure what kind of wood

Distinguishing marks Nothing noticed on back of dresser. Too heavy to check bottom-didn't notice anything when moving. Drawers were out during move, and no marks were seen although I wasn't especially looking at the time.

Size and dimensions of this item 45" wide x 48" tall x 22" deep

Date Period Person I bout it for said late 19th century, but sounded unsure.
