Hi,

I have bought this at a flea market in Berlin (Near the MuseumInsel). Price was about $300 USD

I enjoy it and it works nicely so far. However I would like to know more about it and your comments and feedback/opinions are appreciated.

It says "japy freres & cie gde med d'honneur" on the stamp inside, and I suspect that the clock statues has been repainted. Era seems like 1870s/1880s with the stamp but I have no idea.
