I have an antique wall clock that has been in my family for many generations. I decided that I would like to know some background and history and possibly a value of the clock. First of all i am 100 percent positive it is extremly old but I'm not sure how old. I'm guessing mid-1800s. I know the movement is made in Germany and I'm 98 percent sure the case was made in germany as well. The case appears to be hand-carved out of solid mahogany. The picture of the horse is the center crown. The crown is not broken I just simply don't have space on my wall to hang it with the crown. To be honest that's about all I know about this clock. I'm looking foward to hearing back from a clock expert that can further my knowledge of iit. Thank you for your time
