Antique German Beer Stein 2ltr I am looking for an appraisal on this stein. The marks on the bottom are worn, looks like Thewalt and I can see the number 4 as well. I can provide more pics if needed. Please help.

It does look like an early Thewalt mark from the late 19th Century, unfortunately the market for Steins has declined in recent years, with many comparable examples by this company going at auction for under $50.00
