Antique hand painted porcelain plate with pheasants, birds and foliage.looks like wortcester chamberlain. marked 2 dots and 22

By upcycle1, 29 July, 2014
Description

Plate is porcelain with two pheasants in center and other birds at the edges.  The rim is blue and decorated with a floral gilt pattern.  The primary colors are vivid blues, purples and greens.  It has two reticulated handles.

The plate does not contain a mfg mark.  It does have marked on the back two blue spherical marks that touch each other (grading mark?) and the number 22 or 223 can bee seen with magnification (artist's mark).  I have researched numerous internet sites that leads me to believe that is early english porcelain possibly  unmarked Worcester Chamberlain but I really have no idea. I am just learning and without a mark I don't know what else to do. I have held it up to light and I can see light through it.  It measures 10" across at the handles and 9 7/8" across the sides without handles.

It is in very good condition without any chips, stains, or cracks there is however some wear and some loss of gilt.

Any help with determining value or giving me a direction as to provenance would be greatly appreciated.
