Cigarette or pill box? Unknown origin. Vitreous enamel decoration on top and bottom, dragon etched/carved into hinged door. There is no physical or mechanical closure, the lid simply opens and closes.
Really would like to find out country of origin, time period, materials, function, and approximate value.
