Antique His & Hers chairs engraved with a coat of arms

I recently lived in Brussels, Belgium and picked up these two chairs and I believe they are Dutch.  I purchased them in Antwerp at a Troc.  

They are in excellent condition and I believe have the original straw seating.  They are also engraved with a coat of arms from Amsterdam, possibly.  

Solid “tiger” oak.  

Any information about their worth or origin would be greatly appreciated!
