Antique Hoosier cabinet top

Description I bought this piece and am wondering what it might be worth to sell and any other information that might be helpful. I think it is a Hoosier and has a flour sifter I believe inside.

These tend to date from the early years of the 20th Century until the 1930's, values for complete units last peaked in the late 1980's. the upper half on it's own is not currently in demand and might go for $100.00 at auction.
