Description I don't know much about this bracelet, but it was definitely handmade from iron or some other heavy dense metal because it does not bend at all. I've never seen another bangle bracelet with this type of clasp/closure before. The little ball or charm hanging off is actually a bell and the designs were deeply engraved by hand (design is not symmetrical). I've researched many vintage jewelry reference books and to from everything I've read, this seems to be from the Arts & Crafts period at the end of the 19th century; maybe even Egyptian Revival. I had it listed on eBay, but I cancelled the auction because I couldn't shake the feeling that I was going to end up selling it for $10, only to see the same one on Antiques Roadshow with an enormous appraisal value! Any information people may have on this incredibly unique bracelet would be very much appreciated. Thank you!!
