Antique Kurdish Islamic Dagger?

Description

I purchased this dagger, as is, about 15 years ago from a garage sale. I've had it ever since and have not been able to get an ID on it. When I'm bored, I put random descriptions into Google hoping images will match. I found an almost exact match today:

https://www.ebay.com/itm/ANTIQUE-KURDISH-ISLAMIC-DAGGER-SILVER-DAMASCUS-WOOTZ-knife-sword-Turkish-Ottoman/192427411697?hash=item2ccd9148f1:g:BmsAAOSwp7FaXCMy

The scabbard for mine is in a little better condition, not as worn, but the dagger doesn't have any of the fancy accents and someone used glue around the base of the blade, no idea why.

I'm hoping someone can verify it for me or give me an idea of whom could better ID this piece.

Thanks for any help you can offer!
