AI Appraisal

Description I received this lamp and know nothing about it. I believe the lamp came from my wife's Great Grandmother. The lamp is in good condition with exception of the cord. It is missing the prongs on the plugs. I believe it is original. I tried to research it but can find nothing. If anyone know,s anything please help.
