Description

Antique Loveseat Settee

Near perfect condition. No signs of screws, glue, etc “modern” materials. No obvious brand markings or labels.

I’m not sure what questions to ask but if possible, I would like to get an idea of style, age, origin, etc? 

Also, what is the approximate value?

These tend to date from the late 19th Century and are often mix a number of different styles. This one is in the Aesthetic Movement style. They were factory made pieces, but the style was not made in large numbers. It originally it would have been part of a larger set that included matching armchairs and a rocker. At auction they tend to go for under $300.00 these days.
