Wood and metal nautical single pulley with 1 inch rope. Rope has "twine" around top portion to hold form. Metal plate on side is marked with "Maruyama Seisakusho", has patent ID and is dated 8/62. Wood is held together with nails and metal rivets. The name on patent plate is Japanese.
