Description

This tray has a decorative rail and bun feet in what appears to be silver. May be plated?

Not really sure of anything other than the fact that it is appealing.

I just wanted some idea of its worth if anyone knows anything about it.

Thanks.

Hi,

I'm not really saavy on different wood types, but what you have looks a little more exotic than typical oak.

A Tiger Oak would be worth somewhere around $500 or so based on what I saw.  Here's the link: http://www.ebay.com/itm/Antique-English-TIGER-OAK-Brass-Countertop-Table-OVAL-Coffee-Tea-Serving-Tray-/112069545295?hash=item1a17dd8d4f:g:fFsAAOSwuzRXeXhg

Maybe if you could pinpoint the wood you could get a nice price.

Regardless of that, serving trays seem to get decent returns (depending on what you paid of course).

I hope this helped.
