Hallmark looks like of Hong Kong 1950s-60s.

1950's-60's Chinese Famille Rose porcelain made during the Peoples Republic Period. Of Decorative value only but give it 20 more years and who knows? Mark reads Jiangxi Jingdezhen Min Ci 3 Hao Cai (Jiangxi Jingdezhen Reputable Porcelain No.3 enamel pattern). .
