Description

Inherited from my great aunt, I am guessing at early 1900s but I have no idea. The wood seems like pine with a thin veneer or perhaps walnut . 

 

Any and all input is greatly appreciated, particularly those that estimate its value.

Your piece is Oak and dates from the turn of the 19th Century " Golden Oak" finished furniture of this type was hugely popular during the 1980's and 90's, but has fallen out of favor in recent years. Currently we sell pieces like this for less than $350.00.
