Description I got this painting from a friend. It was in her garage and has some water damage. I zoomed in on what I think is a signature but I'm not sure what it says or if it even is. Any info would be great.

Based on your images this is a print and in very poor condtion. Prints like this were mass produced during the first to second quarter of the 20th century, even in good condtion in a nice frame they often go for less than $60.00 at auction.
