Can't see anything; closeups are needed. What is the size? Condition? Need to show the back as well, main picture and closeups. Where did you get it? Did they tell you anything? No one can appraise art with two small blurry pictures and no information. Please take some time to improve the presentation you will likely get some good info.

Is this an oil painting on canvas or a print on paper or board? Generally with Art you really need a physical appraisal of it to determine what you have, its origins and value.
