Description

I have a pair of elephant bookends that I have had since the early 60's. They are painted and look to be maybe cast iron or bronze. There are no markings that I can fine. I'd like to see if anyone has any information on these or value.

I found these https://www.worthpoint.com/worthopedia/1920-30-elephant-bronze-bookends-2076857944 The color is different but they’re the same. No price as I don’t have an account there but the description might help. A different description on these https://www.worthpoint.com/worthopedia/antique-c1910-pair-elephant-bookends-1916245312 This is a different one but similar and and I’m seeing more of them. Makes me wonder if the same company made yours https://www.worthpoint.com/worthopedia/one-copper-finish-cast-iron-mama-baby-1931608667 From the little I’ve see the paint on yours probably isn’t original (though I like it).
