Description

I really have no information about this pedistal. As you can see one of the components has been broken and pieced back together. I wanna believe the detail is hand painted gold. The base and shelf are marble. There is writing that suggest it's from France and has the initials NAS or HAS. The corner pieces at the base have DB stamped on each one. I'm seeking information including a value.
