i have an antique pocket watch with a silver case also. the engraving on the outside case of your watch is very similar to mine. is yours a wind-up or a keywind style. i haven't been able to find a whole lot about mine. mine has the name ascillion on the face and that is the name of a watchmaker way back in 1800's.
