Description This appears to be a stand for a bowl (there was not bowl). The base has four legs, a pillar type neck then three prongs that go up to hold a round item. Very intricate details all over. On each prong there is a cherub standing with his hands reaching up, small wings. No markings under the bowl. In the center are several markings: Once states Quadruple Plate and lightly printed above that is WHITE METAL, below that are three symbols, each in a circle. I can not make out the first symbol. The second is a capital B, the third appears to be a shield with swords diagnally coming out each side. Under this the the number 2 0 4, however the 4 is sideways. The metal is a pewter color instead of silver color, very dull.
