Antique Roll Top Desk & Chair

Beautiful Tiger Oak Roll Top desk with shelf on top that has glass in the front and lifts up and down. It comes with a chair that is Tiger Oak as well and seems to be around the same era.  There is a picture of the plate that is on the writing desk part of the desk as soon as you start rolling up the drawer.  The file is so big that I cannot attach it.  It says Corbin Cabinet Lock and has a date that says patended Dec 16 something.  There is a space after the 6 and then the number 8 but cannot read what is after the 8.  Excellent condition but  I have no idea when made or who made it. Any help would be greatly appreciated.
