This is a sterlign silver sauce boat that I recently purchased at a thrift shop. It weighs four ounces and has the marks "sterling" as well as an anchor, a lion and the letter "B" on the bottom (as seen in the photos). Additonally, someone wrote the words "Gorham early 1900's" on the bottom. I looked online and was not able to find the exact model. Lastly "A 1248" is stamped on the bottom. The spot price of this item for silver is 92.5 (silver purity) x 4.1 (ounces) x17.19 (spot price per ounce) = $65.19.
