hi all
i have searched diligently on the web and found a site in frisco that sells them restored ( very high end ) and found the company in italy that does the restoration but so far no where can i find a price for one in origional condition except e-bay and they are all over the map price wise.
anyway i am told it is probably a model 100 berkel slicer of unknown year. everything seems to work great on it except the knife sharpner which is broken off but if a replament is found /made it would be complete and with some cleaning and paint would be as good as the day it was produced i believe.
here are a few pictures ( dont mind the dirty garage :))
would be great to know what i really have here and would i hurt the value if i cleaned it up for everyday use
