Description
this was given to me by my grand father who received it from a gentleman that he cared for very much when he was 5 years old n 1941, he passed it on to me his first born grandchild at the age of 10. it has a little bumble bee on his bckside and a set of reigns as well his tail and ears moved when winded but ive been to afraid to wind up due to its age but the description and the story i was told match pretty well. its a simple toy but very old.

I cant find the manufacturer but i did find this listing of the same donkey though it is not much help but yours is in better shape.
