Antique wood music stand?

Not sure what I have. Is it authentic? I know there are reproductions. Wormwood? Any help would be much apprecieated.  Thanks in advance.   Lanny

Looks like the real thing, a late Georgian/ Early Victorian Music stand. That said, demand and values for them have tumbled in recent years, still they often sell in the $300.00- $500.00 range.
