Description

Antique W.S. Darley & Co. 1930's model brass centered handcuffs. I have been told that there were the model used during WWII. There is an approx 1 mm groove where it appears that someone attempted to cut them off. I do not have the original key or leather case. I would really appreciate any information and valuation of these as I in have only found very little information on them. Any and all input is welcomed.
