Description

eagle holding  6 arrows in left talon. 1 olive branch in right talon. sheild with red and white strips and looks like 13 stars . looks like 3 flags behind eagle with single feather on the tips. one missing feather. all red and  white stips and stars. grey banner with union embroidered in center 2 tassels on the end.

Uncle gave to me . he was a picker tli he died. he bought this at a yardsale.. Didn't know what this was but he was sure it was something good.
