Description

Originally i thought this piece was a vase but then I realized the holes made sense for a lamp.

It has a sailboat stamp as well as made in Italy. It appears to all be hand painted, hand engraved, etc.

Nice piece, yes-that makes sense about it being a lamp, b/c of the whole in bottom.
