Description The only thing I was ever able to find out about this piece (via phone) was that the stamp is Webb silver. I've never seen one like it at any antique show or store and no luck searching online, so I'd love to know more!

History Given to my mom by my grandmother about 25 years ago. I don't know exactly where she got it but she brought back numerous antiques from yearly trips to Europe over 20 years or so.
