Based on the single picture you provided I would say this bank is a reproduction. This bank was clearly cast from poor casting as it is not smooth in texture like the original, but also seems to be misproportioned on the head and the incorrect color scheme. Again, based on the single picture.
You may be able to sell this piece for around $25.00, maybe a few bucks more if it's a Book of Knowledge reproduction.
