Ashtray copper or brass-EMA of NY-1322

Description

This is an ashtray either brass or copper not sure which. It has EMA of NY on back, and Oct.1322. On the front it has what appears to be a wreath and leaves sculpted into the edge. I would really appreciate some feedback on ASAP.
