Description
I believe the artist is Li Zhong Xing (if the translation I received is correct). There are also two separate entries at the bottom of the picture. From what I'm told, the first reads "Turtle back painting", while the second reads "We were richer than you before". I'm trying to find out what (if anything) I can about the print, the artist and the print's value. I appreciate any help you can provide!
