the original size is 39 1/2" x 28 1/2" or roughly 3 ft x 2 ft. The basic things to know about the value is the size and if the prints is laid or glued to a backing of somekind which is not good but not the end of the world. It is impossible to appraise any print inside of a frame as the flaws cannot be seen. This print is probably worth something in the $2,000 range and would be worth having repaired especially if glued to some kind of backing. These prints can be worth up to $50,000 but not this particular one it depends a lot of the image... the prices vary on the image... the Wild Turkey and the Owl bring a premium for example. I recommend that you contact http://www.minniesland.com/study_Havell_Edition.html this is a person who is a serous collector and participates in panel discussions on the subject and will help you. you can get lists from people like Oppenheimer in Chicago that give approx values of all the aububons prints. they are a dealer and will buy it but I do recommend you get a lot of opinions before selling. If this were full size... not foxed or spotted... and not laid or glued to a backing....it would be worth the most. Ideally this image could be worth as much as $4000 but am not sure. contact the people at minniesland. I hope this helps. I am trying to get help myself on an old oil painting here.
