Description
I've had this autographed baseball since the early 80's, but I believe it dates back to the mid forties.
From what I can find in Wikipedia, Frank Hayes and Red Barrett never played for the same team, but perhaps both played in Boston in the mid forties. Possibly strange that both of these players would be on the same baseball?
Some of the autographs are barely legible and faded or smudged, but here is a list of what I think I can make out. I'm not at all familiar with baseball, much less historic players, so some of these are pure guesses..
I've attached images which display some of the names, but there appear to be 15 in total.
I'd love to find out where it came from and its value.
Any assistance or guidance would be much appreciated!
