Has formica top with a railing on 3 sides.. measures 23.5" x 23.5" x 19 1/4" tall with legs all the way down. with legs extented it is 27.5" tall.. has rollers on all 4 legs.. seat is adjustable.. No rips in the chair but it has some staining..
