Baccarat Chandelier

Profile picture for user NancyHeffernan
By NancyHeffernan, 12 September, 2014
Description

This chadelier was bought by my father at the Baccarat showroom in Paris in 1984.

It has never been installed and is still in the box it came in. A few crystals have come off in the handeling of it recently, but I have them in an envelope with the lamp.  Usually they are signed by Baccarat, but I wouldn't know where to look for it unless you tell me.  I don't want to handle it too much!

There are 8 light bulbs inside.  In all my efforts to find one at Baccarat like it, I haven't seen this almost tulip shape.  The florish at the top is very common in a lot of their chandeliers as you know.

At its widest diameter, with the clip-on bottom enclosure, it measures 16" across and is about 18" or 19" from bottom to top.
