Barbour Silver Co. Tea Set

First pic is of tea set. theother two pics are of base of the tea pot to show Barbour marks.

Marks on teapot, in a circle says, Barbour Silver Co.(in top half of circle) , quadruple(in bottom half of circle), silver, is printed across the middle of the circle. Other marks on base of teapot are: Above the circle it says , Made in USA. Under circle is stamped, 778. Etched by hand under one leg is, 21 7 21 (presumably a date). Etched under another leg are the capital letters AF. The sugar bowl and creamer are marked exactly the same although the creamer has a 13 stamped outside the Barbour mark.

Size and dimensions of this item
Teapot 4.5 inches wide by 6.5 inches tall, sugar bowl 5.5 inches wide(handle to handle) by 3inches trall. Creamer 4.5inches, handle to spout by 3.5 inches tall.

Teapot 500 grams, sugar bowl 260 grams, creamer 200 gramms.
History
I live in New Zealand and these items were purchased in what we call a charity shop. I don't know anything else about their history other than what I have read on the web including this forum.
